• Shipping F.O.B. Via UPS Ground from Hood River, OR unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Returns will not be accepted without authorization
• Any damage/return claims are to be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Keep all contents and packing materials for claim inspection.
• A $25 restocking fee will be issued on all returns.
• Any credits will be applied towards product. No refunds.
• Egyptian Red Home Décor is not responsible for merchandise’s normal wear and tear or customer’s failure to maintain product according to care instructions.
