The ancient Egyptians called alabaster the stone of the “Sun Gods”. They believed if they were buried with it, the stone would draw their souls back toward the light. When lit from within, the amber veins and ivory patterns in the candle hurricanes tell their own story. The yellow, gold and white tones magically become gray, blue, and red. We have taken it to another dimension by designing a unique grouping of ancient arabesque and mosaic patterns which are hand cut and applied to a variety of wax hurricanes offered in all shapes and sizes. With the flame burning inside the shell, a golden light reflects from the brass radiating luminous rays of ambient light. Standing alone or in a grouping, they are truly special and sparkle the room with ambiance adding a romantic and golden touch of elegance.
